Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 1 tsp – Chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp – Chopped Onions
• 1 tsp – Chopped tomatoes, deseeded
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala – A pinch
• Cooking oil
• 4 – Bread slices

Method:

  1. Mix the first six ingredients.
  2. Cut the bread slices into halves and brush them with oil on one side.
  3. Put the prepared mixture on the other side of slices.
  4. Toast the slices (from the oil-coated side) in a non-stick pan.
  5. Garnish with chaat masala.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
