Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp – Cream
• 1 tsp – Chopped Capsicum
• 1 tsp – Chopped Onions
• 1 tsp – Chopped tomatoes, deseeded
• 1 tsp – Chopped Green chillies
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala – A pinch
• Cooking oil
• 4 – Bread slices
Method:
- Mix the first six ingredients.
- Cut the bread slices into halves and brush them with oil on one side.
- Put the prepared mixture on the other side of slices.
- Toast the slices (from the oil-coated side) in a non-stick pan.
- Garnish with chaat masala.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
