Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Mango (chopped)
• 2 – Avocados (chopped)
• 3 cups – chilled Milk
• Sugar – as per need

Method:

  1. Beat together the mango, avocado flesh, chilled milk and sugar until they turn as a thick smoothie, serve chilled or with ice cubes.
