Ingredients:

• 250 g – Raw Mango chopped
• 250 g – Sugar
• 1 cm ginger, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – Vinegar
• 25 g – Raisins
• 1 cup – water

Method:

  1. Heat 1 cup of water and add mangoes. Boil it till soft. Mash them properly
  2. To the mashed mangoes, add vinegar and cook it for 5 minutes at low heat.
  3. Now, add remaining ingredients and cook on low flame until the chutney becomes thick in consistency.
  4. Cool it and pack in a dry and air-tight bottle.
