Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• 1/4 cup – tapioca pearls
• 1/2 cup – Almond Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• A few – Cashew nuts
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• Almond Flakes for garnishing
Method:
- Cook tapioca pearls with enough water until they get cooked.
- Add the mango pulp, almond milk, sugar and stir them continuously until the sugar gets dissolved.
- Meanwhile, heat the ghee and fry the cashew nuts. Add this to the hot kheer.
- Garnish the kheer with few almond flakes.
- Serve hot or chilled as per your wish.
