Ingredients:

• 2 cups – plain flour
• 1 – ripe mango, peeled and diced
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1 tbsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 cup – chopped Almonds
• 1/4 cup – chopped Walnuts
• 1 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 2 tsp – baking soda
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 3 – eggs, beaten

Method:

  1. Sift together flour, cinnamon, cardamom and baking soda.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Beat butter and sugar well.
  4. Add egg and mix well.
  5. Stir in flour mixture.
  6. Then add all the other ingredients.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Pour in greased loaf pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
  10. Let it cool.
  11. Remove from loaf pan.
  12. Slice it and serve.
