Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Milk
• 4-5 Alphonso Mango puree
• 100 gm – Coconut Milk
• 20 gm – Coconut dry powdered
• Sugar as per taste ( check according to the sweetness of mangoes )
• 1 cup – Cream

Method:

  1. Add mango puree, milk, coconut milk, sugar in a blender and mix well till sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour it into a bowl, cover it with a lid and freeze for 2-3 hours.
  3. Take out the bowl, add cream to the frozen dessert.
  4. And put into a blender and blend well.
  5. Freeze again.
