• Raw (unripened) Mango – 1/2 no
• Coconut – 1/4 no
• Mustard – 1/4 tsp
• Red Chilli – 1 no.
• 1.5 tbsp – Curd
- Grate the mango (should not be very sour) or cut it into very small pieces. Grate 1/4 coconut (25% of the full coconut)
- Grind the coconut, mustard and red chilli into a fine paste
- Mix the ground chutney and grated mango and add 1.5 tbsp of curd.
- Add salt to taste.
- Good side dish for adai.
