• 1 liter Milk
• 1 small cup Sugar
• 1 cup – Mango pulp
• small pieces of Cadbury chocolate
• 1.5 cup – Cream
• 1.5 tsp – gelatin
- Heat the milk till it reduces to 600 ml. Add the sugar.
- Mix gelatine in cold water and boil till it dissolves.
- Mix in the reduced milk.
- Stir it continuously.
- Boil the milk for a while and remove from fire, then cool it and churn the milk with mango pulp and churn cream again.
- Fill it in the ice cream mould and freeze it on medium temperature.
