Ingredients:

• 300 g – Chicken (deboned legs)
• 10 g – ginger-garlic paste
• 5 g – Red Chilli powder
• 2 g – Turmeric powder
• 5 ml – salt
• 5 g – chopped Green chilli
• 5 g – chopped coriander
• 5 g – chopped Mint
• 10 g – fried Onions
• 30 ml – refined oil
• 100 g – breadcrumbs
• 2 – eggs
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken well and pat dry on a kitchen towel.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except for the breadcrumbs and eggs.
  3. Cover the chicken with kitchen foil and bake in an oven at 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  5. Coat with the bread crumbs.
  6. Whip the egg whites first with a pinch of salt and once they are frothy, add the yolk.
  7. Dip the crumbed chicken in the egg and deep fry till golden brown.
