Ingredients:
• 1 cup , chopped Bhindi
• 2 tbsp – Besan
• 1/2 cup – Chopped Onions
• 2 tsps – Chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin
• 1 tsp – Mustard
• A pinch – Asafoetida
• Salt
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• A dash – Lemon juice
• Oil
Method:
- Take oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard and asafoetida.
- After they splutter, add chopped onions and cook until they become brown.
- Then add chopped bhindi, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
- Add besan and cook well.
- Finally, add garam masala and lemon juice.
