Ingredients:
• 2 – eggs (boiled and shelled)
• 2 tsp – Onions
• 2 tsp – Tomato
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds (Jeera)
• 2 stems – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – Chilli Powder
• Salt, as required
Method:
- Halve the boiled eggs and keep aside.
- Grind the remaining ingredients in a blender without adding water (juice from tomato is enough to get a smooth paste).
- After grinding apply the paste onto the eggs.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the eggs.
- Once eggs become brown and the raw masala smell has gone, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with rice.
