Ingredients:
• 500 gms- Cauliflower, separated into medium florets
• 1 cup- Curd
• 2 tsp- Oil
• 1/2 cup- chopped Coriander leaves
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• Grind to a fine paste
• 2- Onions
• 5 flakes- Garlic
• 1-1/2″ Ginger
• 5- Red Chillies
• 5- Pepper Corns
• 5- Cloves
• 1″ – Cinnamon
• 2- Cardamoms
• 1 tsp -Poppy seeds
• 1 tsp- Turmeric powder
Method:
- Mix the ground masala salt and curd. Add the florets and mix.
- Cover and let it stand for 1/2 an hour. Heat oil in a kadai, add the marinated cauliflower and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add a cup of water bring to a boil. Lower the fire, cover and cook till cauliflower is just done taking care that it is not too soft.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and lemon juice.
