Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Wheat grains
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 – Lemon juice
• 1 – green chilli, slit
• 4 to 5 – Curry leaves
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak wheat grains for 2 hours.
- Pressure cook the wheat grains, approx 5-6 whistles.
- Grains should be well-cooked.
- Drain the excess water from the cooked grains.
- Heat oil and add green chilli and curry leaves.
- Add the wheat grains.
- Add remaining masalas.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over it and mix it well.
- Serve hot with chips or crackers.
