Masala papad, is a delicious, instant snack recipe. You can make it anytime when you wish to eat some healthy, crunchy and tasty snacks. Masala papad is a best option as a side dish with your meal. In making masala papad we are using chopped tomatoes, cucumber and onion with some chat masala and amchoor powder. Once you make masala papad serve it immediately.

– 2 urad dal papad
– ? cup finely chopped onion
– ? cup finely chopped tomato
– ? cup finely chopped cucumber
– ? cup coriander leaves
– 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
– 1 tablespoon chaat masala
– ? teaspoon amchoor powder

How To Make?

1. Roast the urad dal papad on hot tava by slightly pressing with the help of clothe from both sides.
2. When the papad is roasted from both side break it into 4 pieces and put it on a plate and spread chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber one by one. Then sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala and amchoor powder on it.
3. Delicious masala papad is ready to serve. Serve this masala papad immediately.
