Ingredients:
• 8 to 10 – fried papad
• 1 – Onion
• 3 to 4 – Garlic
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• oil for cooking
Method:
- Fry the papad, onion and garlic pieces separately.
- Take a bowl, add the fried and crushed papad.
- Then add fried onion and garlic.
- Add chaat masala, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.
- Mix well and enjoy as a party bite.
