Ingredients:

• 8 to 10 – fried papad
• 1 – Onion
• 3 to 4 – Garlic
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• 1 – Green chilli
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• oil for cooking

Method:

  1. Fry the papad, onion and garlic pieces separately.
  2. Take a bowl, add the fried and crushed papad.
  3. Then add fried onion and garlic.
  4. Add chaat masala, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander.
  5. Mix well and enjoy as a party bite.
