Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – big Prawns
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Clean, de-vein and wash the prawns well.
  2. Marinate the prawns with the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala, vinegar, lemon juice and salt and set it aside for one hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the prawns till golden brown.
  4. Drain and serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
