Ingredients:

• 3 – big Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 tsp – Tamarind paste
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 1 tbsp – Jaggery
• 1 – big Garlic pod
• 4 – small pieces of Ginger

Method:

  1. Chop the tomatoes and fry in a pan for about 15 mins.
  2. Cool and grind with rest of ingredients to a smooth paste.
  3. Serve with hot rice, dosas, idlis.
