Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – Brinjal
• 1 cup – curds
• For Masala:
• 1/4 tsp – mustard powder
• 1 chilli, finely chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut the brinjal into long chips.
  2. Boil in water till tender.
  3. Strain the boiled chips and remove the extra water.
  4. Beat the curd, add all the masalas.
  5. Put the brinjal chips and mix well.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
