Ingredients:

• 500 gms – Chicken
• 1/2 cup – Thick Curd
• 2 – Tomatoes, small
• 1 – Onion, big
• 1/2 bunch – Curry leaves
• 3 tsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• 1/2 bunch – Fresh Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken thoroughly.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt and curd.
  3. Mix well and let it marinate for half an hour.
  4. In a kadai, heat oil and add finely sliced onions and fry till they turn light golden brown.
  5. Then add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes and tomato puree and fry well for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the marination and mix well.
  7. Cook on a low flame till all the gravy gets absorbed into the chicken and the oil gets separated.
  8. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot.
