Ingredients:

• 1 cup – meal maker
• 1 cup – finely cut Onion
• 1 cup – finely cut Tomato
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Boil the meal maker for 2 to 3 minutes and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  3. Add the other ingredients and the meal maker and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice or chappathis.
