Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – ground meat, cooked
• 2 tbsp – Coconut powder
• 3 tbsp – Cream cheese, softened
• 4 tbsp – sour Cream
• 4 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – Celery
• 2 sprig – Spring onion
• 1/4 tsp – white pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice.

Method:

  1. Marinate the meat with lemon juice and keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Then drain the excess water from the meat
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, coconut powder, mayonnaise and sour cream and blend it well.
  4. Add capsicum, onions, celery, salt, pepper powder, green chillies, drained meat and mix it well
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  6. Serve.
