Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked Rice
• 250 g – Meat
• 1 – medium Onion
• 3 – Green chillies
• 2 tbsps – coriander [chopped]
• 1/2 tbsp – pepper
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger paste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Cut meat into small pieces and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Put cooked rice in the mixer and blend till coarsely ground. Add salt and remove.
- Chop onion and saute in saucepan with a little oil till it becomes soft.
- Add chillies and pepper and ginger paste. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Put meat in the mixer run for 1 minute and remove.
- Add the minced meat to the saucepan and fry till it turns brown. Mix in the coriander.
- Shape ground rice into flat balls, fill with the meat and shape into cutlets.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
