Ingredients:
• 2 cups – minced Meat
• 2 – onions, chopped
• 1 Clove – garlic, crushed
• 1/4 tsp – chilli sauce (optional)
• 1.5 cups – Tomato juice
• 1/2 cup – Tomato puree
• 1 cup – cheese
• 1/8 tsp – Oregano
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Butter
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and fry onion till transparent.
- Add meat and crushed garlic. Simmer till meat is brown.
- Add tomato juice and tomato puree. Add oregano, salt, pepper and chilli sauce.
- Stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cheese and cook till it melts and desired thickness is achieved.
- Serve with tortilla chips or nacho chips.
