Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked Mutton pieces
• 1 cup peas
• 1 cup chopped Carrots
• 1 cup small Cauliflower florets
• Salt as per taste
• 1/4 tsp pepper powder
• 1 tbsp gelatin
• 3 cups water
• 1 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• For Garnishing-
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 Cucumber slices
• 1/2 cup chopped Celery

Method:

  1. Boil peas, carrots and cauliflower in water.
  2. Drain and keep the stock aside.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup stock.
  4. Bring 1.25 cup stock to boil.
  5. Add gelatin mixed stock into it.
  6. Remove from fire.
  7. Pout little gelatin in mould to cover the base.
  8. Spread peas and cauliflower on the gelatin.
  9. Mix together meat, carrots, salt, pepper and eggs.
  10. Add remaining gelatin to it.
  11. Pour the gelatin mixture over peas layer.
  12. Set till the mould is firm.
  13. Unmould before serving.
  14. Garnish with mayonnaise, cucumber and celery.
