Ingredients:
• 1 lb – low fat minced Meat
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1 – Egg
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/2 – tsp – pepper powder
• 1 cup – onion-garlic flavoured Tomato paste
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese.
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix all the ingredients, except cheese, and1/3 cup of tomato paste.
- Pat the mixture firmly into an 8X8 inch baking dish.
- Bake on the medium shelf for 25 mins.
- Take it out, spoon the rest of the paste on to it evenly, followed by an even layer of the cheese.
- Continue to bake on the top wrack for 5-6 mins and then serve.
- Can be used as a side dish as well as a spread.
