Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Besan
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Ghee
• 4 – powdered Elaichi
• 1 tbsp – fried Badam
Method:
- Heat ghee in the pan and add besan to it, fry until the besan gets coated completely with ghee.
- Remove the besan from heat and allow it to cool.
- To the besan add powdered sugar, little amount of ghee, badam and elaichi powder.
- Make the mixture to balls (laddu).
- Roll the laddu over the powdered badam.
