Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Besan
• 3/4 cup – Sugar
• 1/4 cup – Ghee
• 4 – powdered Elaichi
• 1 tbsp – fried Badam

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in the pan and add besan to it, fry until the besan gets coated completely with ghee.
  2. Remove the besan from heat and allow it to cool.
  3. To the besan add powdered sugar, little amount of ghee, badam and elaichi powder.
  4. Make the mixture to balls (laddu).
  5. Roll the laddu over the powdered badam.
