Ingredients:

• 1/2 – water melon
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 tbsp – Demerara Sugar (brown Sugar)
• Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Chop and de-seed watermelon and dice tomatoes and blend until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and blend again, sieve, add ice cubes and serve.
