Ingredients:

• For Parathe:
• Methi ki bhaji, neatly chopped
• Red Chilli powder as required
• a pinch of Turmeric powder
• salt
• 3/4 cup – besan
• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – jowar flour
• 1 cup – Bajri flour
• 5-7 flakes – Garlic
• For Thecha
• 2-3 tbsp – fried peanuts, grinded
• 8-10 – Green chillies
• 1/2 inch -ginger
• 4-5 flakes – Garlic
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. For Parathas:
  2. Grind red chilli powder and garlic together.
  3. Mix all the ingredients and the ground paste and mould into a thick dough.
  4. While making the dough, mix 2-3 tbsp of oil.
  5. Make parathas from the dough.
  6. For Thecha:
  7. Add some oil to a frying pan and place the chillies in it for some time; remove when they start turning brown.
  8. Grind the chillies with ginger, garlic, salt and ground peanuts.
  9. Pour 2-3 tbsps of oil in a frying pan and roast the paste for 4-5 minutes.
