Ingredients:

• 250 g – fresh Fenugreek leaves
• 50 g – besan
• 50 g – Wheat flour
• 5 g – roasted sesame
• 1 tsp – Green chilli and Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• Pinch – Sugar
• Salt as per taste
• Pinch – soda bi carb
• 1 tbsp – coriander
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Chop the fenugreek leaves finely.
  2. Take a bowl, add the fenugreek leaves, besan, wheat flour, curd, chilli-ginger paste, sugar, sesame, soda bi carb, salt and all the spices.
  3. Mix well, adding a little water. Make small balls from the dough.
  4. Deep Fried the balls in hot oil. Once done, drain and serve.
