Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Fenugreek leaves
• 1 – onion, chopped finely
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – cumin whole
• A few – Curry leaves
• 100 g – paneer, cubed and fried
• 150 g – Rajma (canned)
• Salt to taste
• Red Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Chat masala – 1 tsp
• Ground Ginger – 1 tsp
Method:
- Wash the fenugreek leaves, chop them finely.
- Heat oil in a pan and put onion, cumin, urad dal and curry leaves, fry until onion is golden brown
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and ginger paste and fry for a minute. Then add fenugreek leaves, paneer cubes and rajma.
- Add salt and cook until fenugreek is done
- Before serving sprinkle little bit of chat masala.
