Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan flour (kadalai maavu)
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – salt
• 1 pinch – soda salt
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
Method:
- Mix everything in a bowl, add little water and make a solid dough.
- Heat oil to Deep Fried and drop the balls and fry till golden brown.
- It is an excellent side dish and snack.
