Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Cashewnuts
• 1 cup – Peanuts
• 10 Almonds
• 5 Walnuts
• 1/2 cup – Raisins (soaked for 3 hours in water)
• 8 dried apricots, seeded (soaked for 3 hours in water)
• 1 tbsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger juice
• a little milk, if required
Method:
- Drain all dry fruit.
- Heat ghee. Add all the nuts and dry fruits.
- Stir fry till coated with ghee and pink in colour, sprinkling milk if needed.
- Add honey, lemon and ginger juice.
- Serve hot or cold.
