Ingredients:

• 1 kg – lean mince
• 1/2 kg -spicy sausages
• 4- big Tomatoes
• 4 -big Onions
• 10- Cloves of Garlic
• 1 cup – black beans (soaked overnight in water to soften)
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 2 tsp – paprika
• 2 tsp – Oregano
• 1 inch squares-a large variety of peppers (red, green, etc.) chopped

Method:

  1. Saute the onions till nice and brown. Add the garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Once the tomatoes are liquidified, add the sausages and fry well.
  3. Add the mince and salt and cook.
  4. Once the beef is almost cooked, add the peppers and spices and simmer for an hour over a low flame.
