• 1 cup – gram flour
• 2 cups – powdered Sugar
• 1 cup – Ghee
• 1 tbsp – Milk
- In an oven-safe bowl, mix the gram flour, sugar and ghee and cook in micro high for 5 minutes. After 2.5 minutes, take the bowl out, pour milk and stir well immediately.
- Microwave again for the remaining 2.5 minutes.
- Pour the contents of the bowl onto a greased plate.
- Cool for 2 minutes and cut into small pieces.
