Ingredients:
• Fish (preferably salmon, boneless) – 250g
• Tomato sauce – 4 tsp
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2tsp
• Salt to taste
• Bread crumbs
Method:
- Microwave the fish for 4 minutes.
- Remove the skin and scramble the fish.
- Add tomato sauce, soya sauce, chilli powder, and salt to the fish.
- Roll the fish into finger shape and coat with bread crumbs.
- Microwave it again or deep-fry/ shallow-fry in oil on the stove.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
