Ingredients:

• 300 g – Cream
• 1 kg – red Carrots
• 125 g – Sugar
• 2 – green Cardamoms
• 1 – black Cardamom
• 50 g – Raisins
• 20 – Almonds
• 20 – Cashew nuts
• 20 – Pistachio

Method:

  1. Microwave in a bowl the grated carrots, sugar, green and black cardamoms for 7 mins at high temperature.
  2. Let them stand for 3 mins and then take them out.
  3. Now add cream and microwave it for another 8 mins at high, stirring once in between.
  4. Now take out and add all the dry fruits and again microwave for 10 mins at 60% temperature.
  5. Decorate it with silver vark before serving.
