• 2 cups – chopped, toasted Pecans
• 1 pound – light Brown sugar
• 1 cup – heavy whipping Cream
• 2 tbsp – light Corn syrup
• 1 tbsp – Butter
- In a deep, microwave-safe bowl, mix together brown sugar, whipping cream, and corn syrup.
- Microwave on high for 13 mins.
- Mix in butter until well blended.
- Then stir until mixture begins to cool and get creamy.
- Stir in chopped nuts. Drop tbspfuls on to waxed paper to cool.
