Ingredients:

• 2 cups – chopped, toasted Pecans
• 1 pound – light Brown sugar
• 1 cup – heavy whipping Cream
• 2 tbsp – light Corn syrup
• 1 tbsp – Butter

Method:

  1. In a deep, microwave-safe bowl, mix together brown sugar, whipping cream, and corn syrup.
  2. Microwave on high for 13 mins.
  3. Mix in butter until well blended.
  4. Then stir until mixture begins to cool and get creamy.
  5. Stir in chopped nuts. Drop tbspfuls on to waxed paper to cool.
