Ingredients:

• 1 – carrot, finely chopped
• 100 g – beans, finely chopped
• 50 g – peas
• 4 cups – idli batter
• 1 tsp – oil
• salt to taste
• a little – Hing
• mustard
• green chillies, finely chopped
• 5 or 6 – small glass bowls

Method:

  1. In a glass bowl microwave 1 tsp oil for 2 mins on high – uncovered.
  2. Add hing, mustard, green chillies and microwave uncovered for 1 min.
  3. Add all the chopped vegetables and micro high covered for 2 mins.
  4. Add salt and mix this with batter.
  5. Grease the small glass bowls with some oil.
  6. Pour 2- 3 tbsp mixture into the each bowl.
  7. Microwave high covered with paper napkin for 4 mins.
  8. Let them stand for 5 mins.
  9. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
