Ingredients:
• 1 cup – sooji
• 2 cups – water
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 – Onion
• 1/3 cup – peas
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger (chopped)
• 8 – Cashew nuts
• Few Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Rub 1 tbsp of ghee into the sooji.
- Roast on micro high for 2 mins.
- Take a casserole, place the remaining ghee, mustard and cumin seeds, cashew, curry leaves.
- Cook on micro high for 3 mins.
- Add onions, ginger, chopped green chillies, cook on micro high for 3 mins.
- Add the roasted sooji, salt and water.
- Stir well cook on micro high, covered for 10 mins.
- Serve with pickle.
