Ingredients:
• Milk Powder – 3 cups
• All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
• Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Water – 2 cups
• Cardamom powder – pinch
• Saffron – pinch
• Crisco shortening (optional)
• Ghee – 6-tsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Milk powder
Method:
- Mix milk Powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and ghee in the bowl.
- Make the dough by adding with milk.
- Make the dough into small balls.
- Heat Crisco shortening and fry the balls
- Take vessel. Add sugar, water and boil until it becomes a light syrup
- Add saffron and cardamom.
- Let it cool for an hour and serve with syrup.
