Ingredients:

• Milk Powder – 3 cups
• All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
• Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – 3 cups
• Water – 2 cups
• Cardamom powder – pinch
• Saffron – pinch
• Crisco shortening (optional)
• Ghee – 6-tsp
• Milk – 1 cup
• Milk powder

Method:

  1. Mix milk Powder, all purpose flour, baking soda and ghee in the bowl.
  2. Make the dough by adding with milk.
  3. Make the dough into small balls.
  4. Heat Crisco shortening and fry the balls
  5. Take vessel. Add sugar, water and boil until it becomes a light syrup
  6. Add saffron and cardamom.
  7. Let it cool for an hour and serve with syrup.
