Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – mince (beef, mutton, Pork or lamb)
• 2 – Onions chopped
• 1 – large Tomato chopped
• 2 – Green chillies chopped
• 2 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• Salt o taste
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – Green peas

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onion, chopped garlic and green chillies.
  2. Add the mince and fry for some time.
  3. Now add the chilli powder, cumin powder, chopped tomato, turmeric powder and salt and keep on frying till the mince in firm.
  4. Add the green peas and sufficient water for gravy, and cook on low heat till the gravy is thick and mince is cooked.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  6. A little ground coconut can be added if thick gravy is required.
