Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – Wheat flour
• 1/2 cup – Pearl millet flour
• 1/2 cup – rolled oats
• 1/4 cup – Ragi flour
• 1/4 cup – Barley flour
• 1/4 cup – soya flour
• 2 tbsp – chopped Mint leaves
• 1 – Avocado (pureed)
• 1 tsp – Caraway seeds
• salt to taste
• oil for frying
• 1/2 cup – yogurt

Method:

  1. Pour the flours, oats, chopped mint leaves, avocado puree and caraway seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, yogurt and enough warm water. Mix and prepare a soft and stiff dough. Keep aside for half an hour.
  3. After half an hour, knead again and make 10-12 balls from the dough.
  4. Dust with flour and roll out parathas.
  5. Heat a tawa. Gently drop a paratha, drizzle oil and cook on both sides until brown spots appear.
  6. Serve warm with a suitable side dish.
