Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mint leaves
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tbsp – Lime/lemon juice
• A small piece of Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Salt
Method:
- Wash the mint and coriander leaves well.
- Scrape and wash the ginger.
- Grind all the ingredients together till smooth.
- This chutney can be served with rice, samosas, patties, cutlets etc.
- It could also be used as a sandwich paste.
