Ingredients:

• Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
• Coriander leaves – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 4 to 6
• Onion – 1 small
• Garlic – 6 flakes
• Ginger – a slice
• Cumin – 1 tsp
• Roasted gram – 2 to 3 tbsp
• Salt and Lime juice – to taste

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients to a paste.
  2. Serve with rotis or dosas.
