Ingredients:
• 2 cups – atta flour
• 1/4 cup – Mint leaves (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – nigella seeds/kalonji seeds
• Maida flour for dusting
• 1/2 cup – yogurt
• salt to taste

Method:
- Mix the atta flour, chopped mint leaves, nigella seeds and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually add the yogurt and enough water and knead a soft and smooth dough.
- Let the dough sit for half an hour.
- Make small balls from the dough. Dust with maida flour and roll them into medium-sized discs.
- Heat a griddle and gently drop a disc. Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook the paratha on both sides until brown spots appear.
- Cook the remaining parathas one by one.
- Serve with a spicy gravy.
