Ingredients:

• 3 – Carrots
• 1 – Cauliflower
• 2 – Potatoes
• 1/2 cup – peas
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1/2.5bunch Cilantro
• 1 cup – Coconut grating
• 2 – Cinnamon pieces (1 inch each)
• 3 – Garlic Cloves
• 4 – pepper Corns
• 3 tsp -oil
• Salt as required

Method:

  1. Wash and peel carrots, potatoes. Cut into small pieces. Wash and cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  2. Boil all cut vegetables in just enough water.
  3. Grind the masala using coconut grating, green chillies (previously roasted with oil), cilantro and cinnamon pieces.
  4. Before taking out, add garlic cloves (peeled) and peppercorns. Grind for another 2 mins.
  5. Mix the masala with the cooked vegetables. Boil for few more minutes till the vegetables are completely done.
  6. Add salt and garnish with cilantro. Serve with hot with poori/chapatti or rotis.
