
Ingredients:
• For mixed beans kebab: 2 cups – mixed beans
• 1 – Onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – amchur powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• a few chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
• oil for shallow-frying
• For yogurt sauce: 1 cup – Greek yogurt
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• For the wrap: 6 – tortillas
• a few Tomato slices
Method:
- Soak the mixed beans overnight and pressure-cook (up to 3 whistles) with enough salt and water. Drain the cooked water and keep the cooked beans aside.
- Pour the cooked beans in a large bowl, add the chopped onions, green chillies, garam masala powder, amchur powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, corn flour, rice flour and salt. Mash everything well.
- Make medium-sized oblong kebabs and shallow-fry them in enough oil.
- In the meantime, mix the yogurt, pepper powder and salt and keep aside.
- Heat the tortillas in a hot pan until they turn warm. Take off from the pan and spread yogurt sauce as per need.
- Place the fried mixed beans kebabs over the spread, arrange a few tomato slices and fold them as wrap. Serve immediately
