Ingredients:
• Fine Rawa – 1 tbsp
• Capsicum – 1 small
• Onion – 1
• Tomato – 1
• Cabbage – 1 katori (finely chopped)
• Peas/French beans – 1/2 cup
• Green chili – 1 (Fine paste)
• Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
• Salt – to taste
• Sugar – to taste
• Cream – 2 tbsp
Method:
- Finely chop capsicum, cabbage , onion , tomato , coriander leaves. Mix together all ingredients.
- Apply this mixture between two bread slices.
- Put a fry pan on heat. Put 2 tsp of oil on it.
- Fry these sandwiches till golden brown.
