Ingredients:
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Onion
• 1 Capsicum
• 1 Carrot
• 1 Potato
• 8-10 French beans
• 2-3 baby Corns
• 1 raw cooking Banana
• 1 tbsp – plain flour
• 1 tsp – white Vinegar
• 1/2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
• 3 green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/2 cup – grated cheese
Method:
- Peel (where required) and chop separately, all vegetables into big chunks.
- Combine potato, beans, babycorn, banana, carrot.
- Boil them in salted water till tender but not mushy.
- Drain, hold under running water in a colander and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add onion and capsicum, stir till tender.
- Add chillies, tomatoes, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, sugar.
- Stir and cook for a minute. Add boiled vegetables.
- Stir. Sprinkle flour all over. Toss.
- Transfer to a casserole, sprinkle cheese.
- Toss lightly to let some cheese into vegetable.
- Bake in a hot oven till the vegetables sizzle.
- Serve hot with garlic buns or warm bread.
