Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Cauliflower
• 1/2 cup – beans
• 1/2 cup – Carrots
• 2 – Green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – Garlic pods (peeled and chopped)
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves
• 2 – Spring onions (finely chopped)
• 1 – Egg (Egg white separated from yolk)
• Corn flour
• 2-3 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 4 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1/4 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• salt
• oil to deep fry

Method:

  1. Finely chop carrots, beans and cauliflower.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, a little salt, one chopped chilli, egg white and mix.
  3. Now add corn flour and mix as a thick batter.
  4. Now try to make small balls and fry in the oil till golden brown.
  5. Keep all the fried balls aside.
  6. In a saute pan add 2-3 spoons of oil, chopped garlic, onions, red chilli powder, salt, chopped chillies and saute them for a while.
  7. Once they are fried a little, add ketchup, soya sauce and mix well.
  8. Now add all the fried balls and mix well so that these balls get an even coat of the sauces.
